Through Conversation We Are

Removing The Stigma And Embracing Ourselves

Our Mission

To remove the stigma around mental health and normalise struggles in life. Struggles are not a sign of weakness and talking gives us strength. When we are free to be ourselves, life can get easier. We want to have the difficult conversations so we can open dialogue and change how we view mental health.

Our Aim:

  • Remove the stigma around mental health and normalise it as a talking point.

  • Promote positive mindsets.

  • Create a peer to peer support network, drawing on our strengths and what we can give to each other.

  • Build communities through honest conversations and embrace our differences.

How we will do this?

  • We create a safe, relaxed space, free of judgement. We allow people to open up in their own time and bring to the table whatever they need support with. Gathering twice a month

  • We draw on the experience and knowledge of others to help overcome obstacles life throws in our way.

  • We have a monthly newsletter, each with a different talking point and positive story, spreading hope that we all have the power to bring change.

“It takes a second to believe in yourself, but a lifetime to master it”
